For the second consecutive year, IT8 took part in the e2 Employment and Entrepreneurship Forum of the Universidad Politécnica de València on the 10thand 11thof April. The firm makes a very positive assessment of its participation in the event since throughout the two days there were a lot of students who came to its stand in order to know the company, request internship or apply for a job.
In all, the company has received more than 100 curriculum vitae with different profiles. Most of the interested people belonged to the industrial and mechanical engineering career, but students of electrical engineering and robot programming or PLC have also shown interest.
In addition, Salvador Roselló, IT8 CTO, gave a talk on Digital Factory. The presentation took place on Wednesday, April the 10th. In this talk it was defined the concept of digital factory, tools and applications, as well as explaining the simulation of industrial processes and the customization of production.
In general, they were very intense days in which the assistants showed great interest in the company. The 3rdand 4thyear students were concerned about the internship conditions that companies offer, and needed to know IT8 and in which sector is focused on. Meanwhile, the students of the first years were looking for a guidance regarding optional courses, to know the company point of view and to know the market needs for their future integration into the working world.
In this edition, E2 Forum gathered a total of 123 companies and institutions and once again became a meeting point for companies, students and graduates with the aim of promoting the job opportunities, the employment focused on innovation and the exchange of ideas.
