Mechanical design

Through current design tools such as CATIA V5, NX and FIDES we develop useful for robotic welding lines (Body-in-White). Based on the experience in turnkey installations we offer our customers tailor-made solutions.

The mechanical design department works closely with planning, simulation and simultaneous engineering to offer the best solutions in terms of process, ergonomics, functionality and manufacturing costs in projects.

Process simulation

All line concepts and designs developed in IT8 are tested and optimized using different simulation tools.
